Raika (MMX Style)

Update (July 01): Newer versions for this sprite here.
I was wanting to sprite this guy so bad. He's a reploid counterpart for Raika, Searchman.EXE's NetOp from Mega Man Battle Network 4~5. 
Raika became the Maverick Hunter responsible for the 13th Polar Region Unit years after Chill Penguin and his men died in the beginning of the Maverick Wars.

I might make more reploids counterparts of the Battle Network/Starforce universe, since I'm in need of ideas to make new Maverick Hunters (suggestions are welcome).
