Update (December 2019): Adjusted his arm position and changed his head so he would look less organic. Sprite revamped.

An ex-Maverick Hunter that spontaneously decided to leave the organization and started to work independly as a bounty hunter, and recently became a Warmonger of the Neo Maverick Army. This guy will be appearing in the second half of Mega Man X: Unit 49's second season.
